This site was developed by ASOCIAȚIA FRAGILE SOCIETY (hereinafter referred to as the site administrator), in order to present the activity of the association and offer a fundraising tool for the projects of the organization.
The terms and conditions describe how to use the site for making online donations.
- This site facilitates the collection of online donations on behalf of the Fragile Society by online card payment using the Stripe online payment processor. Payments are secured, according to international data security and confidentiality protocols. Processing of your bank card data is done on a secure page of the payment processor. This site and all related services are owned and managed by the Site Administrator. These terms and conditions define how you can use this site and related services. Online donations
The donations received through this site are made on an online card payment system, through the Stripe payment processor. The terms and conditions of use of the respective payment processing system can be found on the website www.stripe.com.
Using debit or credit cards without permission
When a donation is made through this site, it creates a transaction on your card that is final and non-disputable, unless the unauthorized use of a debit or credit card by someone other than the holder is demonstrated. In the case your credit or debit card has been used without authorization, or if it has been stolen or lost, you must notify your issuing bank and follow its procedure for this scenario.
Violation of terms and conditions
If you violate any of the terms and conditions of this document, the Site Administrator reserves the right to suspend temporarily or permanently, without any prior notice, your access to one or all modules associated with the site and services related.
Applicable Law and Regulations
Users’ access and their use of this site are governed by Romanian legislation.
